TGIF

I finally did it. I have gotten back to my prepregnancy weight. It only took 9 years to happen! My friend Marla, and I actually obtained our goal of working out 3 times this week. That is quite an accomplishment as last year we had the same goal, and never accomplished the 3 times in any one week!

Everyone keep your fingers crossed. I had Brandon write sentences yesterday. He wrote: I will not talk back to my parents. He was less than happy to say the least, but I never had to yell at him last night, and miracle of miracles, today after school he offered to play games with his sister! I'm really hoping things have turned the corner for a while at least.

This morning I was excited as my new stove and dishwasher was going to be delivered (the fact that I was excited told me just how old I was getting). Yeah, it never happened. They can't explain why the items weren't delivered to the store as their computers were down. This company that shall remain nameless, oh what the heck, Sears could not give any good answers, but since we were told that everything had to be pulled out prior to the delivery, my husband somehow managed to get the dishwasher pulled out (that is another story completely. Who knew how hard it is to take one out?). So, I had a dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen, and no stove as it was pulled out and the power cord off (my husband is at work and won't be home until 10). The owner came and got the dishwasher, and they replugged my stove so I can actually use it. The soonest I can get my new dishwasher is Tuesday. I am going to have to actually hand wash dishes for the next few days. I got way too spoiled having a dishwasher. Needless to say, it has not been the best of days and I'm grateful the week is over.
